We discuss the current situation and the desired result as well as the possibilities and the individual steps of a UNIQALIGN® treatment.

2. 3D scan, target model and treatment plan:

We make a 3D scan of your current tooth position. This is sent to the dental laboratory for further planning together with your correction requests. There, a target model and a treatment design are developed in collaboration with our dentists.

3. selection of the UNIQALIGN® therapy and commissioning:

If aligner therapy proves to be sensible and possible for you and you are informed about the duration and costs, order the “customization” of your aligners.

After placing the order, we first create a free target model for you. Using a 3D simulation, you can get an idea of what your teeth will look like – compared to the initial situation – once the treatment is complete.

4. creation of your UNIQALIGN® rails:

The individual splints are produced in the specialist laboratory using a state-of-the-art 3D printing process.

5. monitoring and control:

You will receive all your splints together with the necessary instructions, a precise schedule and helpful materials. You can also clarify any questions you may have about handling when you receive your splints.

During aligner therapy, the planned shifting of your teeth is checked at regular intervals. At the end of the treatment, we will discuss with you the measures that will ensure the permanent realignment of your teeth. Retainers or retention splints are typically used here.
