How long do I have to avoid sport after the procedure?⌄
As a rule we recommend a sports break of 2 to 6 weeks – depending on the type and extent of the procedure. Light everyday activities are usually possible after just a few days.
Is it possible to perform several procedures at the same time?⌄
Yes, combining several procedures in one session is possible and sensible in many cases – this reduces the total recovery time. This is discussed individually with your treating specialist.
